Loretta and Mark travel about as far north as one can go within the U.S. We visit Catherine, Russell and baby Sylvie in Virginia, MN. Saturday morning the temp was -20! Since there was little wind and plenty of sun, it really didn't seem THAT cold. Loretta teaches a yoga class, does some yoga with Catherine, then Russell and Mark attempt a yoga pose on the frozen lake! The guys make time to create some great music. We use a side by side outhouse, dip in a hot tub, see the world's largest hockey stick and puck, then ride this crazy large moose! What an adventure we had up North. Thanks, Catherine & Russell.*
