New Saturday 10 AM class in Delaware! Drop in for just $10. The Peale chapel is such a great room for yoga. Let's explore some new approaches to familiar asanas. Let's have fun as well delve deep into ourselves and our own flow.

It was so fun to teach Fun Yoga workshop to middle schoolers at the OWjL camp last year and this summer as well. The students had fun while learning so much about yoga. I also love to teach Girl Scout groups, and well, most any group you have in mind. From famliy reunions to festivals to conferences, yoga can be a refreshing break from the ordinary.
The Thursday power and prenatal yoga classes are in a really cool room at Dublin Community Rec Center. Join me at DCRC on Mondays at 10:40 and 7pm as well. Thank you for your requests for this.

A class for OWU staff and community members for the FIT OWU program continues this season! Two classes per module for college credit at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware during the school year. I am not teaching at The Ohio State University this quarter.
